The Elkhorn Ranch Owners Association is made up of 680 property owners in the Elkhorn Ranches, Park County, Colorado. The EROA owners are what give the association its purpose.

DUES NOTICES Beginning in 2011 the EROA membership dues have increased to $40.00 per lot with dues notices being mailed on or about March 20th. Dues are payable on April 1st and considered late on May 1st. The change of our billing date is for the express reason of receiving dues in the same fiscal year for which they are budgeted, this will allow for a more accurate profit and loss statement; we sincerely hope this does not inconvenience any EROA member. We are providing a printable form for those members that may be traveling when dues notices are mailed or otherwise may not have access to their personalized notice.
Remember to get a burn permit from the Jefferson/Como Fire Station to do any outside burning of slash, etc. Call them for information at the non emergency number 836-3244.
